100% Crisp paid health, dental, & vision insurance for Crispers

ATLANTA — August 5, 2021 —Crisp announced to its team members that effective August 2021, the company has invested over $1M in expanding health care benefits to provide 100% coverage on health, vision, and dental.

The announcement comes after the company moved to its new company headquarters in Underwood Hills at the end of May. The 50,000 square feet state-of-the-art facility took more than a year to renovate and boasts a stadium-quality 20-foot LED wall, conference rooms equipped with privacy glass UHD displays, a four-zone audio system, high-tech white noise machines, elite-level podcast studio with control room, outdoor spaces, a custom catering kitchen, and 20,000 square foot corporate training center for clients and their teams.

“Organizations like ours play a vital role in creating a better future,” CEO Michael Mogill said about the investment into benefits, “and that starts with investing in your people. We have always taken our success and invested it back into our team. I am particularly proud as a self-funded company to be able to make an investment of this size into our people. After a year like 2020, I never want any of our team members to be concerned with their health and well-being.”

More crucial than the investment size is the immediate impact the new benefits will have. Mogill felt this was crucial in maintaining team member wellness and instilling a sense of care from day one.

This new team first benefits package will join Crisp’s other company benefits including:

  • A 401(k) with 4% company match
  • 5 weeks paid time off, including 7 paid holidays plus the entire week between Christmas Eve & New Years
  • Parental leave: additional weeks of parental leave at 100% salary for new birth and adoptive parents plus Instacart membership
  • Annual company bonus program in a profitable, fully bootstrapped company
  • On-time direct deposit
  • Ergonomic workstations with high end sit/stand electronic desks
  • Mother’s room and relaxation room onsite
  • Monthly Crisp swag
  • A chance for a team member to win a Tesla (Crisper of the Year)

Crisp was started in 2012 as a video production company with just one team member (Mogill) and $500. Just nine years later, the company has morphed into an 8-figure law firm growth company with 75 team members and expects to add another 50 team members by the end of 2021.

“We’re an ambitious company, and now I can say we are providing ambitious benefits to our team members. If you’re smart, hungry, and humble, then you could be a great fit for the Crisp team,” Mogill said.
